PRINTABLE | Mother's Day

Hi, everyone! With Mother's Day fast approaching, I thought I'd give y'all a little printable in case you haven't purchased a card for her yet!

I made this card with a common farewell in mind, which my sisters and I give my mom when saying goodbye:

Kim and Jordan's Wedding Signage

Happy Tuesday, everyone!

I hope your week is off to a great start! I wanted to do a small feature today showing off some of the signage I created for Kim and Jordan's wedding day a few months ago. It was SO fun creating these pieces, so without further ado...

The Welcome mirror greeting guests as they entered the reception.

Kim and Jordan are big book lovers (my kind of people!) and had me create a sign chronicling their love story...but in book form! They wanted it to read like a table of contents, which was SUCH a fun and unique idea. It was really sweet seeing how their relationship had developed over the years!

The sign was displayed on a large, grand table, surrounded by their favorite books and childhood photos of them both. It was so sweet!

Next up? A delicious drink bar, complete with warm apple cider, s'more hot cocoa, and Oreo hot cocoa! Y-U-M. My favorite part of this sign are the mugs clinking "cheers" at the bottom of the sign. So FUN!

Without a doubt, this was my favorite of their projects to work on. Kim contacted me, asking me to calligraph their wedding vows as a gift to her hubby on their wedding day. I couldn't say
"YES!" fast enough! Kim's vows aren't pictured here, but trust me, they are just as beautiful!

And there you have it! Much love and many thanks to Kim and Jordan for letting me be a part of their special day. It was such a treat!

Introducing...Celeste Paper Co.!

Hello, hello everyone!

As some of you may have seen, "Calligraphy By Celeste" has gotten a bit of a makeover, in the form of a name change! I am so happy to introduce "Celeste Paper Co." to the world, and can't wait to see where this business goes in 2017.

In thinking about my long-term goals for my business, I knew I wanted to stay true to my roots--paper. I have a deep love for paper products, and it gives me immense creative and personal satisfaction to contribute my own designs to my little corner of the world. One of my main goals for 2017 (and beyond!) is to develop more paper goods and products, and I felt that a new business name, Celeste Paper Co., would better serve that goal.

While developing paper goods is a new focus, I will still be offering my calligraphy services--another deep love in my life! 2016 was an incredible year of calligraphic creative growth for me, and I am excited to see what 2017 holds. I will be offering invitation design (YAY!) and many more paper elements throughout the wedding process. Paper and calligraphy are my roots when it comes to this business, and I have no plans to abandon either of those anytime soon.

Thank you to all of you for your support of my business, and cheers to all 2017 will hold!

P.S. Stay tuned for a fun giveaway to celebrate the opening of Celeste Paper Co.!
